There are lots of different ways your child can keep active. Things like walking to and from school, going to the park, running around, dancing, climbing and playing games such as hide and seek with their friends are free and easy ways for your child to keep physically fit.
There are lots of different sports and activities that your child could do, either with friends or at organised classes, such as gymnastics, football, tennis or athletics. Your child’s school may have before and after-school activities, so you could ask them for further information.
